PAYMENTS POLICY
Purchased items, products or services are done online through the secured payment means provided by SPCare Training ONLY on this website. It is the responsibility of every service user to view our list of Modules, Trainings and Services provided by this facility, he or she needs to be sure of need to purchase any module, training or hire our service before making payments.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds can be facilitated if a student or service user mistakenly pays twice for the same product, item or service.
Payments made on modules, training assessments and certifications are strictly non refundable.
Payments made for CV Preparation, CV Restructuring and Cover Letter Making can only be refunded if the payer request for refund within the maximum time frame of 1 hour after payment.
All eligible refunds will be payed back to the same bank account through which the payment was initially made.
Payments made for Interview Preparation can only be refunded if the payer requests a refund within the maximum time frame of 24hrs before the scheduled Interview Preparation date.
If the intending service user fails to attend the interview preparation without prior notice and agreement with the facility provider, refund cannot be facilitated, the service user will receive another date and if he or she fails to attend the second scheduled date without provable medical reason, in such case appointment can no longer be scheduled and refund cannot be facilitated.
A service user that fails to attend Interview Preparation due to provable medical reasons, original medical illness certification must be scanned and emailed to standardpctraining@gmail.com within the maximum time frame of 2 weeks from the unattended Interview Preparation date and a new appointment will be scheduled, if failed to attend the second appointment, refund cannot be facilitated.
CHANGE OF NAME POLICY
Registration must be done with real names and full name as it appears on trainees ID.
Change of name may be accepted with valid proof of ID with additional cost as follows
[For all Inclusive Modules + Trainings = 30US Dollars, For Trainings = 7 Dollars each]

PROHIBITED PRODUCTS OR ITEMS
Alcoholic drinks, all drugs and all forms of illegal substances are prohibited on this site
2. Every form of chemical related perfumes, synthetic or natural hair extensions, nail polish chemicals, eye lashes, artificial nail, lips, face, skin related chemicals and all forms of cancerogenic substances eg skin bleaching agents are prohibited on this website.
3. Inappropriate clothing cannot be used for profile pictures by any student nor displayed on this site.
4. Weapons of all kind are totally prohibited.
5. Discrimination or racism is prohibited.
6. From state, national and international prohibited items, products and services from students respective countries are also prohibited on this website.
